As a result, we have successfully delivered projects in some of the most challenging locations.

With a number of procurement offices across Russia, we have the in-house resources to efficiently locate, evaluate, purchase and arrange for the transport of equipment, materials and services to any project site. Our procurement staff has perfect knowledge of local market, custom and environmental regulations. Combining with our representatives’ expertise in the communities where we work, we provide effective expediting of orders and quickly solving of problems.

Our expertise spans the entire supply chain, from sourcing, purchasing and transportation logistics to inventory control, inspection and quality assurance. Every product and service we use comply with high quality and safety standards. In addition to our procurement offices, we maintain fabrication facilities for manufacturing needed components and lay-down yards for storing steel and equipment.

Over the years, we have developed strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers and service providers in Oil & Gas industry. We utilize competitive bidding and negotiate long-term agreements to obtain competitive prices for equipment, materials and services. We also do our homework, extensively researching markets and suppliers to ensure we prepare accurate estimates, select the best products and obtain the best prices.

Long after our projects are complete, we serve as a ready source of spare parts for RAN-delivered projects and equipment. We maintain engineering, design and purchasing records on every facility and piece of equipment that we supply so we can easily research, manufacture or locate and ship parts. We provide everything from bushings, nuts and bolts to vessels, reactors, piping and instrumentation. This service can be especially valuable during a process unit turnaround; we can handle special tagging, export crating, documentation and provide rush shipping to any location.
